The Young Peoples’ Opera Society of BC is holding auditions for its main stage performance of THE KING WHO WOULDN’T SING to be performed in June. We offer the opportunity to all of your students who so desire, to participate in this very entertaining production.
Auditions are arranged by telephoning the society at 604-496-5194. Rehearsals begin on January 15
th at the Burnaby Lake Pavilion from 9:30 am to 1:00 pm and continue every Sunday. Classes in reading music and basic acting are offered as part of our program to build a very competent core group. Music classes are presented by George Austin and acting by Patricia Dahlquist. Both are well qualified professional performers and teachers, with excellent local and international reputations.
