On-site After School Extracurricular Programs
We’re excited to share our lineup of fun and engaging after-school extracurricular programs for the Winter and Spring terms at Simon Fraser!
Given the strong and ongoing interest from families in extracurricular options, our goal is to offer a diverse range of programs for students from Kindergarten to Grade 7—providing families with more choice and flexibility. With these options, we hope to reach more students, support families with extended pickup times, and ensure kids stay active, creative, and socially connected after school.

Registration for all confirmed Term 2 and Term 3 programs is now open. Space is limited across all programs, so we encourage families to register early to avoid disappointment.
Important Notes:
All after-school programs are run through external providers. Supervision is not provided by the Simon Fraser PAC or Simon Fraser Elementary School staff.
Each provider rents school space through VSB Rentals and is responsible for student supervision during program hours.
Each program has its own registration, enrollment policies, and contact process—please reach out to providers directly with questions. For other inquiries or scheduling information please contact the parent liaison, Gail Yee.
Please ensure your child knows exactly where they need to go when the program begins. Pickup arrangements for Kindergarten and Grade 1 students will be coordinated between teachers and program staff.
Programs do not run on Professional Days or Stat Holidays.
Programs that fall on early dismissal days will have their start and end times adjusted 1 hour early to align with the school dismissal.
